Employee and Facility Security

In keeping with its philosophy of sustainability, TRW is designing systems and procedures that will help keep TRW employees, facilities and property safe.

Employees

Just two of the ways in which TRW protects employees include using an identity badge system and providing online security, medical guidance, and emergency information to employees traveling on business.

Facilities

One portion of TRW’s Security Standard for Facilities addresses minimum security standards for facilities and guidelines for identifying vulnerabilities. Facilities then have a clear idea of how to reduce risks to people and property. For instance, where needed, TRW plants have put in place special handling and packaging protocols for raw materials.
