Robin Walker-Lee is executive vice president, general counsel and secretary for TRW Automotive. In this position, she is responsible for the worldwide legal affairs of all TRW Automotive product lines and leads the Law Department from TRW Automotive’s headquarters in Livonia, Michigan.

Prior to joining TRW in February 2010, Ms. Walker-Lee served in a series of executive positions at General Motors including most recently as assistant general counsel, operations for General Motors Company from October 2009 to January 2010. Prior to that, she served as general counsel for General Motors – Latin America, Africa & Middle East from 1998 to October 2009 and, from 2003 to October 2009, as its vice president of public policy. From August 2008 to July 2009 Ms. Walker-Lee was also on special assignment to the general counsel of General Motors. 

Ms. Walker-Lee entered the legal profession as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Cornelia G. Kennedy, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Michigan Law School, where she was executive editor of the Michigan Law Review and Order of the Coif. Walker-Lee holds a B.A. with honors in French and English from the University of Kansas.

Ms Walker-Lee is a member of the Michigan Bar Association.
