We must manage the supply chain to deliver best-in-class value (quality, cost, technology, service and delivery) to TRW's automotive customers. This will require TRW Automotive Purchasing to develop and implement global procurement strategies and policies that promote best-in-class supplier communications, supply base management, direct and indirect material cost management, new product development support and technology positioning.
