The TRW Power Column is an electrically actuated steering column that both tilts and telescopes to an infinite number of positions. The Power Column optionally includes a memory controller capable of being set with three different memory points; this allows multiple drivers to have all their personal comfort settings at the touch of a button. The optional controller may also be integrated with other electrically actuated items, such as mirrors, seats and pedals, to allow for the easiest, most comfortable transition into the driver's seat.
