The Steering Wheel Systems (SWS) Team located in Chihuahua, Mexico, is led by Roberto. His team has made great strides in customer service over the past 12 months. Roberto came onboard in 1992 as a production manager for TRW's airbag product line. Over the last eight years, he has continued to take on greater responsibilities and challenges including serving as Plant Manager for Airbags and now as Plant Manager for SWS.
